Does HGWI charge for investigations?

No. Historic Ghost Watch & Investigation does not charge clients for investigations. Our mission is to help individuals, families, businesses, and organizations seeking answers to unexplained experiences.

Where does HGWI conduct investigations?

HGWI investigates private residences, businesses, historical properties, churches, public locations, and other sites throughout the southeastern United States.

How long has HGWI been operating?

HGWI was founded in 2004 and has conducted hundreds of investigations across multiple states.

Requesting Assistance

What happens after I submit a request?

After receiving your request, a member of our team will review the information provided and determine whether additional information is needed. You may be contacted for an interview or follow-up questions before a decision is made regarding an investigation.

Does submitting a request guarantee an investigation?

No. Every request is reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance of a case or an on-site investigation.

Are investigations confidential?

Yes. HGWI respects the privacy of our clients and does not release personal information without permission.

Can HGWI guarantee paranormal activity will be found?

No. HGWI approaches every case with an open mind and follows the evidence wherever it leads. Some cases may result in natural explanations, while others may remain unexplained. Our goal is to document findings honestly and professionally.

What if there is a natural explanation for the activity?

Will HGWI tell me if my location is haunted?

HGWI documents observations, research, and findings. We do not make claims without supporting information and encourage clients to review all findings carefully.

Does HGWI perform blessings or spiritual cleansings?

HGWI is primarily an investigative organization focused on documentation, historical research, and client support. In some situations, members of our team may be able to assist with basic blessings, spiritual cleansings, or recommendations based on the specific circumstances of a case.

Because every situation is unique, these requests are evaluated individually. When appropriate, clients may also be encouraged to seek guidance from a trusted religious, spiritual, or community leader.
